Before Facebook there was MySpace and you knew you could have a crush on a friend of your friend (of a friend). Thanks to 21st century technology, you can be drawn to another person even before you meet him or her in person. But a crush will be just a crush if you don’t make a move… so Alex did. The rest is history. Here we are on a big celebration: 12 hours from the traditional Catholic wedding ceremony to their own one-of-a-kind “commitment ceremony” which they created for themselves, and even a big reception for 300 guests plus. In their reception, they also had a big surprise for everyone with their “Flash Mob”. At one point, all of a sudden, all the bridal party and friends just got up and showed their “Glee – routine” which resulted in big cheers and a standing ovation. All the fun and tears sum up in one word and one video: “Amazed”.

( Testimonial )We had prepared for months for our wedding from finding the right venue, makeup artist, florist, caterer, choreographer to the photographer. One thing that we thought we could do without was a videographer, but with 2 months left until the wedding we had a change of heart. We wanted to have a video to share with our friends and family who were not able to attend the wedding . We also wanted to make sure we had a video to capture our surprise Glee Flash Mob dance. Of course we turned to Yelp for help and were so lucky to encounter Dom at Bay Area VDO. We met with other videographers, but in the end it was Dom’s attention to detail, charming personality, and his amazing music highlight videos that sold us. We met with Dom at his home office and he got to know us as a couple, answered all our questions, showed us sample videos and helped us find a package that worked with our already expanding budget. One thing that I appreciated was that he let the work speak for itself and was not pushy. He told us that after the initial meeting, he will not email or call us to pressure us to use his services. We did not hesitate to book him the next day. On our wedding day, Dom and his crew were prompt, professional, and blended into our wedding day seamlessly. Dom captured all the important moments of our traditional Catholic Church Ceremony, the progressive and touching Commitment Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Wedding Dinner Reception, and of course the much anticipated Glee Don’t Stop Believing Flash Mob Dance. We had a blast at the wedding and were so excited to see the dance video. Dom was kind enough to give us a sneak preview of the raw footage that week. After seeing the initial raw unedited dance footage, we knew that the edited video was going to be amazing. The wedding video was finished on time and exceeded our expectations. We loved the video and so did our family and friends. We can’t thank Dom enough for his hard work. He is a talent and we were so grateful to have found him. We now have memories for a lifetime. Well worth it!!- Mychi
